Acrux600: Port Fowarding

Last Updated: Feb 10, 2015 11:38AM COT
This article applies for Acrux600 Router.

NOTE: Your N Router is compatible with any Operating System for setup, it only requires a internet browser to access it. ( IE, Mozilla, Firefox , Chrome, Safari, etc)

Here are the steps to setup the Port Forwarding on your Router:

1. Create your internal server, make sure the LAN users can access these servers and known related service port. For example, Web server’s port is 80; FTP is 21; SMTP is 25 and POP3 is 110. One case is the Slingbox port that is 5001. For other services such as IP Cameras, the port was given by device and port can be modified on the device itself by customer.
2. Open your browser (IE,Mozilla,Firefox, etc) and enter the IP address of the router "" by default. This will prompt you to type some credentials to access the router webpage.

3.  Use "admin" as user and password.

4. On your router’s web click on “Forwarding".

5. Select “Virtual Servers".

6. Click on "Add".

7.  Input the external service port given by the Router in "WAN Port", for example, 53.

8.  The "LAN Port" number of the PC running the service application.
9.  Input the internal server’s IP address. If your Web server’s IP address is, please input it to be declared on your DHCP internal table.
10.  In “Protocol” used for this application, either TCP, UDP, orAll (all protocols supported by the Router).
11.  In Common Service Port - Some common services already exist in the pull-down list.
12.  Click on “Save" to activate the settings.
