How to Unbind your DVR from your current account
1. Click on the following link to download the file: SADPTOOL
2. Execute the software you have downloaded and proceed trough the steps for the installation
1. Run the software
2. Once the software is open, you will see a similar view
3. If you see your DVR in the list shown, proceed to select it
4. Then press the button Unbind
5. You will see a window pop-up
6. Type the username of the local DVR
7. Type the password of the local DVR
8. Then, enter the verification code that is randomly displayed in the pop-up window
9. Press Confirm and you have unbound you DVR from the account
Note:
1. The DVR needs to be ON
2. The PC needs to be connected via cable to the same router where is connected the DVR
3. Make sure you are working on the same network
